We stand by our craftsmanship and hope you all will love playing your Wildwood Mountain Dulcimer and Fretplay Fretboards for many years. If there is an issue, please review our return policy below;
This is a unique handcrafted piece. Natural variations in material, color, grain or finish are expected and not considered defects.
Custom or made-to-order instruments are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for change of mind, preference or minor variations inherent to handmade work. Exceptions are limited to confirmed manufacturing defects within 3 days. of receipt. To be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. if shipping damage occurs it must be reported promptly (within 24 hours after delivery) with documentation. We will repair or replace defective instruments at our discretion.
The down payment is non-refundable in all cases.
Refunds (less shipping and non-refundable down payments) will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days of receiving the returned item and inspection.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage; in those cases we will provide prepaid return shipping.
To initiate a return, contact us with your invoice number, your name and reason for return. Provide photos if the item is damaged or defective.
